The Phoenix City Council is scheduled Wednesday to vote on a proposed deal to sell the Sheraton Grand Phoenix Hotel downtown.

The $300 million sale to an arm of a Maryland-based firm could be finalized as early as April.  Jeremy Legg, special projects manager for the Phoenix Convention Center, spoke more about the sale.
