The deadline for signing up under the federal healthcare plan is Monday, but Tara Pleshe of the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers says there is no need to panic.

“Those people who have started an application as late as March 31, you are eligible to complete that application,” Pleshe said. “You have an extension to April 15.”

Pleshe says about 75,000 Arizonans have completed the application process and paid their first premiums.
