The Maricopa County Community College District will be undergoing a huge leadership change soon.

Chancellor Rufus Glasper, who’s been in the post for 13 years, is retiring from that job to take the president and CEO position with the Valley-based League for Innovation in the Community College. Chancellor Glasper spoke about why he’s moving on.
