Friday kicks off the 11th Modern Phoenix Week, a celebration of all things mid-century modern in the Valley. It includes tours, talks and presumably a lot of discussion of the last season of “Mad Men.”

Joining me now to talk about this year’s version of Modern Phoenix Week is Alison King, the founder of ModernPhoenix.net, which produces the event in partnership with the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art.
