Here and Now: AZ Cases / Earth Day
KJZZ Here and Now host Steve Goldstein spoke with ASU law professor Paul Bender about a number of Arizona cases argued or ruled on by the U.S. Supreme Court. The two also discussed a unanimous decision by the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that nullifies tuition tax credits for private schools. New state environmental director Ben Grumbles talked about the issues facing the state. Local Sierra Club director Rob Smith talked about his concerns about climate change in Arizona.
