The 17th-annual Scottsdale International Film Festival begins Thursday morning with the Colombian movie, "Bad Lucky Goat." The festival began in 2001 in the wake of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Its founder and executive director is Amy Ettinger, who is with me.
