Glitches with the electronic tablets poll workers use to check in voters caused lines at various polling places throughout Maricopa County on Election Day morning. By late morning, election officials said sites that had seen morning lines were running smoothly again after problematic e-pollbooks were swapped out.
One of the four corner states has volunteered to issue Amber Alerts for the Navajo Nation. In the event an abduction of a child on the Navajo Nation, the state of New Mexico would notify both Arizona and Utah if the nation issues an Amber Alert.
