a wildlife refuge in the area. Texas-based
Kinder Morgan Company wants to construct the 200 million dollar pipeline that
would transport El Paso natural gas to customers in Mexico.

attract residents of that state to Arizona.
Spokesman James O'Brien says the center will also benefit ASU alumni.
“Probably our largest alumni association chapter is in
Los Angeles and
so it provides a place where not only employees of the university but
volunteers and alumni and friends of the university can engage,” O’Brien said.
