( Phoenix ) Here and Now Host Steve Goldstein spoke with the Morrison Institute's Kristin Borns, Cynthia Zwick of Arizona Community Action, and Timothy Schmaltz of Protecting Arizona's Family Coalition about proposed budget cuts to AHCCCS and mental health care in Arizona. Here and Now also featured a conversation with Democratic Rep. Chad Campbell and GOP Rep. Lucy Mason about a bipartisan effort to offer an alternative budget solution.
