( Phoenix, Arizona ) In October 2005, Hurricane Stan struck southern Mexico and destroyed a valuable rail line in the state of Chiapas. Plans are in place to reopen the cargo route, but as KJZZ's Peter O'Dowd reports, the decision could be deadly for thousands of stowaways bound for the United States.
