( Phoenix, AZ ) An innovative 144 acre development in northeast Phoenix combines retail, residential, and office space in a much higher density than other suburban areas. CityNorth opened in November, but has faced significant setbacks including the economic downturn and a major lawsuit. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson reports.
