A decline in state revenue will affect the amount of money spent to fund Arizona's classrooms.
( Phoenix, AZ ) Arizona school districts will lose $180 million in funding next year, not as a result of legislative budget cuts, but declining state revenues. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson explains why the state may have to borrow money to pay schools.
