( Phoenix ) The City of Phoenix Youth & Education Office has raised more than a million dollars to build and operate a brand new center for teenagers to learn about applying to college. It's free and comes in a hip, sleek space designed by cutting-edge Phoenix architect Will Bruder. KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports.
