( Phoenix, AZ ) Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano formally accepted President-elect Barack Obama's offer to become homeland security secretary. But the governor will stay on the job, at least for a couple more months. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson examines the beginning of the gubernatorial transition.
