( Phoenix, AZ ) The presidential candidates have done their best to motivate the voters to side with them in today's election. But, the true test of their abilities will be whether they can get votes to turn out at the polls. For Commentator Bob Oberstein, there is no middle ground. He's sure he'll make it to the polls, this time around.
