( Phoenix, AZ ) It's the busy season for refugee resettlement agencies in the Valley. Phoenix receives its largest influx of refugees in the summer, as the US State Department works to meet its quotas before the fiscal year ends in October. When families arrive, they're set up with the bare minimum of living standards - frequently placed in nearly empty apartments along Phoenix's I-17 corridor. This morning we'll meet one family and an organization trying to give those seeking asylum a warmer welcome to Arizona.
