( Phoenix, AZ ) Next year, Chicanos Por La Causa celebrates its 40-year anniversary. For more than 20 of those years, longtime community activist Pete Garcia led the local social service agency. But this year, a new president took over after Garcia retired in December. KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports on Edmundo Hidalgo's first 100 days in office.
