Phoenix Law Enforcement Association president Mark Spencer and Roberto Reveles, past president of Somos America discuss a new policy that will allow Phoenix police to call Immigration agents in more cases.
( Phoenix, AZ ) Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon joined Here and Now host Steve Goldstein and studio guests Mark Spencer and Roberto Reveles to discuss his decision to draft a policy allowing police to enforce immigration law. Attorney David Selden later joined Roberto Reveles to discuss the implementation of Arizona's employer sanctions law which begins January 1. Arizona Capitol Times reporter Jim Small also discussed the status of a lawsuit filed against the new law.
