( Phoenix, AZ ) Distracted drivers are the cause of the vast majority of car crashes. Here and Now examined the facts behind distracted driving and looked at whether the state should enact some kind of law aimed at it. State senator Linda Gray and DPS Sgt. Warren Simpson also joined Here and Now host Steve Goldstein to discuss the state's new drunk driving laws.
