( Phoenix, AZ ) Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano discusses why she signed an employer sanctions law that cracks down on businesses that hire undocumented workers. Napolitano also tells Here and Now host Steve Goldstein about what still needs to be fixed before the law takes effect in January. The governor discusses teacher and state employee salary increases and growth issues.
