( Phoenix ) The Arizona House is expected to vote on a new state budget today (Tuesday, 5/22). House members last week rejected a budget put together by its own Republican leaders. Meantime, the Senate approved a bipartisan budget plan. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson looks at the budget debate.
