( Phoenix, AZ ) In this hour of Here and Now, we talked about ways to reduce air pollution around the valley. We also discussed the relevance of Governor Napolitano having signed an agreement with four other western states to decrease greenhouse gas emissions. We found out what that means to Arizona and more.
