( Mesa, AZ ) Mesa City Councilman Tom Rawles is boycotting the Pledge of Allegiance as a protest of the Iraq War. He is refusing to stand during the pledge at city council meetings until troops are brought home or until his term ends in 2008, whichever comes first.
