( Phoenix ) The state senate is scheduled to take a final vote Monday afternoon on a bill that would increase the cooperation between hospital ER staffs and law enforcement officers. The measure has gained support over the last few weeks, as supporters have modified it. KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
