( Phoenix, AZ ) About 350 Phoenix residents became citizens American citizens this Fourth of July, in a ceremony to be held this afternoon at South Mountain Community College. Many immigrants live in the United States legally for a long time without becoming citizens, but with the debate over immigration reform stagnating in Washington, the uncertainty is leading more legal permanent residents to apply for citizenship. KJZZ's Rene Gutel reports.
