( Phoenix, AZ ) In this installment of Here and Now, Governor Napolitano joined us. We looked ahead to the upcoming legislative session, new education initiatives and English learner legislation. We also looked at how the federal government is putting more resources on the border and promising to change its catch and release policy for illegal immigrants. Additionally, we discussed how several cities have passed legislation making it tougher to buy the ingredients needed to make methamphetamines and whether similar laws should be adopted statewide.
