( Tempe, AZ ) By the end of the year, Tempe may become the biggest city in the country that is a wireless internet zone from border to border. The downtown neighborhood already offers WiFi access for free, but not many people are using it. KJZZ's Rene Gutel reports that the demand is there, but the signal isn't always.
