( Phoenix ) Arizona ranks 41st in the US in the new Kids Count report. That's better than the ranking of 45 from last year, but it's still only ahead of 9 other states. KJZZ's Mark Brodie speaks with Carol Kamin of the Children's Action Alliance in Phoenix about what the report means, and how she thinks Arizona can get better.
