( Phoenix, AZ ) It's an Arizona tradition that if lawmakers aren't writing the laws people want, the public will get enough signatures and an initiative goes on the ballot. This Tuesday, voters will have their say on two ballot propositions, 101 and 104, that could determine how -- and if -- initiatives continue to be placed before voters. KJZZ's Rene Gutel reports.
