( Tucson, AZ ) As voters focus on Tempe for the third and final presidential debate, security is extremely tight. Streets around ASU, where the debate will be held, have been restricted for days, and getting through parts of Tempe will be difficult. Among the estimated fifty-million Americans who will be tuned into the TV broadcast is Dick Tuck, a political gadfly known for playing tricks on Richard Nixon more than three decades ago. Tuck is now retired and lives in Tucson. KJZZ's Rene Gutel has this profile of the man some have referred to as the 20th century's premiere political prankster.
