( Tucson, AZ ) Republican congressman Jim Kolbe from Southeast Arizona is known for tempering conservative fiscal policies, with a more moderate approach to social matters. But a challenger in next Tuesday's primary election says it's time for Kolbe to be replaced by someone who stands for Republican values across the party's platform. KJZZ?s Rene Gutel reports that while the two candidates disagree on some issues, they also share many similarities.
