( Phoenix ) APS and SRP are continuing to ask their customers to turn off lights, and save power as much as possible. Fires have damaged a substation in the West Valley, and are threatening power lines in Northern Arizona. KJZZ's Mark Brodie talks to Bill Meek of the Arizona Utility Investors Association about the region's energy supply.
