The case is Schriro versus Summerlin but it seeks to clarify another Arizona case decided by the Supreme Court in 2002. That case was Ring v. Arizona, and it said that if the court is going to sentence to someone to death, the sentence has to come from a full jury not just a judge. Dennis Lambert talk with Paul Bender, a constitutional law professor at ASU. He says that, on Monday, Schriro versus Summerlin will seek to answer just who the Ring case applies to.
