( Phoenix, AZ ) Since it opened one year ago, the Macehualli Worker Center at 25th Street and Bell Road has been a target of controversy. Most of the workers are undocumented immigrants. The Center is the only one in the Valley funded partly by tax-payer money. KJZZ's Abigail Beshkin reports that as deadlines draw near to decide whether -- and how--- to keep the center running, a new report looks at how well the center is performing, and has officials grappling with its future.
