• When listening via the Live Audio console, I hear a mouse "click" every few minutes. Is there a way to make this go away?
  
  When this happens it is likely that you are using Internet Explorer. Here is a solution to this issue, from the Microsoft web site:
  
  
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Sounds.
  2. In the Events box, click Complete Navigation, click None in the Name box, and then click Apply.
  3. In the Events box, click Start Navigation, click None in the Name box, and then click OK.
  4. Close Control Panel.
