The other stuff:
Deborah Hilary Sussman was born in Washington D.C. the year Kennedy was shot, and grew up in Montreal, which she loved, and Denver, which she didn't. As a child she did not play particulary well with others. Her suitemate in college was Jane, of Jane's Addiction, the first native Arizonan she ever met. After college, she lived in London and worked as a bartender at the Wag Club: the bouncer's nickname for her was "Trouble." She moved to Arizona because the man she was married to at the time got a job in Tempe. She's divorced now, but still here, and no, she doesn't mind the heat. She spends way too much time and money at the pet store with Anna.
