The Colorado River Drought Contingency Plan is finished.

The seven states that rely on the river have finally agreed on a plan that has been years in the making, involving many tough conversations about how much water each state would give up to preserve the river’s future.

The Show was joined by Luke Runyon, who reports on water issues for KUNC in Colorado.
