Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has announced new fronts in two legal areas.

First, he filed suit against the Proposition 127 campaign — the ballot initiative to change the state constitution in order to require 50 percent renewable energies from utility companies by 2030.

Brnovich says one particular campaign ad contains lies.

The group, he says, implies the attorney general is "corrupt'' and worked to "rig'' the election.

The attorney general also filed papers asking the Arizona Court of Appeals to take a new look at his case regarding state university tuition.

He argues tuition is illegally high based on the provision in the state Constitution which says “universities and all other state educational institutions” should be “as nearly free as possible.''

Last year he filed a case on it, but lost in Maricopa County Superior Court.
