A Conservative Critique Of Trump's America
Criticism of President Trump is coming from a lot of corners, with a number of Republicans joining in. His most vehement conservative detractors tend to approve of his handling of the economy and regulatory cuts, but still don’t like his brash decision-making and rhetoric.
Jonah Goldberg of The National Review is one of those conservative critics who hasn’t been shy about criticizing Trump even as he has favored some of the administration’s policies.
Goldberg was at ASU this week to talk about Trump and his recent book, "Suicide of the West: How the Rebirth of Tribalism, Populism, Nationalism and Identity Politics Is Destroying American Democracy."
The Show spoke with him and asked how divided he thinks the American electorate is, and how much of that has been driven by the president.
