Concerns Raised Over Juror In Former Arizona Corporation Commissioner's Trial

The trial involving a former Arizona Corporation Commission commissioner, a prominent landowner and utility owner — and alleged bribery — was already pretty interesting.

Now that jury deliberations are in progress, another development could potentially put the outcome in doubt. Jurors were scheduled to meet again Tuesday, five days after their last gathering.
