Phoenix Immigrant Advocates Skeptical Of Trump's Executive Order

President Donald Trump’s executive order, signed Wednesday, had one main goal: to keep families who cross the border illegally together rather than separating children from their parents.

But many immigrant rights groups are not singing the praises of this order. In Phoenix, advocates said the order expands incarceration of migrant families.

So what happens to families now and what about the families who were already separated? There is a lot still unknown about how this will play out.

To understand how some immigrant advocates are handling the sudden changes, The Show was joined by Ernesto Lopez, an organizer with Puente Arizona.
