Majority Of National Park System Advisory Board Resigns

On Monday, nine out of 12 members resigned from the National Park System Advisory Board. They said Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke had refused to meet with them, and had not convened a single meeting last year.

Board members expressed concern that the Department of the Interior is undoing much of the progress made in recent years and has dismissed their work.
