Trans-Pacific Partnership Moving Forward With The U.S.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is moving forward with 11 nations, even after the Trump administration decided to pull the United States out of the agreement.

The pact is now known as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.

A lot remains up in the air, especially considering Canada’s hesitation and how NAFTA renegotiations could complicate the new TPP.

Erik Lee, executive director of the North American Research Partnership, talked about where we’re at and what could be next for the TPP.
