ASU Sustainability Scientist Weighs In On Growth Of Solar Energy Market

The solar energy market in the U.S grew by 95 percent last year, according to a new report from analysts at Greentech Media.

The firm says that helped the country’s solar market, for the first time ever, to be the top source of new electric generating capacity additions on an annual basis.

With me to talk about what that means is Martin Pasqualetti. He’s senior sustainability scientist in ASU’s Global Institute of Sustainability and a former chair of the Governor’s Solar Energy Advisory Council.
