Phoenix residents could soon get rewarded for putting recyclables in their blue bins rather than tossing them out with the trash.

The city has started working with a company called Recyclebank, which calls itself an education and incentives program that helps cities reach waste and recycling goals.

Phoenix is working with Recyclebank as part of its “Reimagine Phoenix” initiative.
