Marijuana found in fake US Fish and Wildlife Service boxes, two arrested

Border Patrol agents in southern Arizona have arrested two Mexican nationals on drug smuggling charges. Spokesman Brent Cagen says they found more than 930 pounds of marijuana in their vehicle, which had a phony U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service decal on the side.

“During the course of their discovery, they also found fake uniforms that had US Fish and Wildlife logos on those as well,” Cagen said.

Cagen said smugglers are trying new ways of moving their product, because of stepped-up enforcement efforts along the border.
