The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office will be undergoing dramatic changes soon when the Sheriff-Elect Paul Penzone takes over from Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Modifications on many levels are expected because Arpaio has dominated the agency for nearly a quarter-century. How many of those changes will be cultural, and how many will be practical?
