High-tech hotel thieves sought by police

Phoenix police are asking for help in finding two suspects involved in a string of "high-tech" hotel burglaries.

Sergeant Darren Burch says the "hotel hackers" are using portable programming devices to gain access to rooms where they can take anything they want.

"They are learning how to create a hotel-breaching device through the internet. It's the size of maybe a large marker or a Sharpie pen," Burch said.

Burch said the suspects have even taken the hotel TVs, put them in their luggage and walked out of the hotels.
