Downtown Phoenix.

Phoenix is undergoing some dramatic changes—many of them centered around the downtown area as more people of all ages have decided to come back from the suburbs and settle in the city center.

But there’s still work to be done to make the city more walkable and bikeable, and more of a community. The group This Could Be Phoenix got started with a lot of those concepts in mind.
