McCain still seeking Benghazi answers

March 04, 2013

Arizona Senator John McCain and Republican Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, are demanding answers from the Obama administration about the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and the two say they'll oppose the president's appointment of John Brennan to head the CIA, until they get them.  McCain appeared Sunday on the CBS show “Face the Nation.”

“I’ve had written questions for Mr. Brennan for nearly three weeks no,” McCain said. “We’ve not received a single answer. I think that we deserve at least an answer to those questions and I have some questions about torture.”

The Senate Intelligence Committee is scheduled to vote on Brennan's nomination early this week.
